Wow ! Wow! Wow! What a great experience I had today on my first visit. I was treated with consideration and not like a number. Kay at reception could not have been nicer and Nathan was the first ever dentist to be so gentle and caring. I never felt the injection. They stayed with me as it took effect and I felt respected because they really cared how my day had been. Nathan and Swati knew their stuff and their trade. I was in a very modern spacious room surrounded by the best gear, knowing it was being operated by experienced people. Others have commented on his gentleness and empathy — it’s all true I truly never felt a thing! I have been treated over the years by many dentists but I can truly say, with hand over heart, Nathan was the least stressful I have ever experienced. The Practice has a great team and they all seem to be on the same page. I expected a large bill but was again delighted to find that it was roughly half of what I expected. I even asked “are you sure”. So in the words of that well known TV star “I’ll be back” and I am happy to put my name to this.
